Driving Licence
Renter must possess a valid local or international
driving licence which must have been held for at
least 3 years and free from traffic endorsement. |

Age Limit
Renter in the context hereinafter stated shall include
wherever applicable. Authorised Operator and/or
Additional Driver who must have achieved the age
between 25 and 60 years old. Renter has declared
that he is physically fit and that he has not been
declined an insurance proposal. |

Rates &
Maintenance
All rental rates include vehicle maintenance, oil
and greasing except cost of petrol. Any cost of
repairs incurred during rental period will only
be refunded upon presentation of damaged parts and
supplier's receipt. For any repairs exceeding RM
100, approval must be sought from ARAC before commencement
of repairs. |

Petrol
Every ARAC vehicle leaves our premises with full
tank of petrol which is to be refueled with UNLEADED
grade only. If the tank is not refueled in full,
cost of refueling including service charge as specified
in our Petrol Refueling Chart will be accordingly
levied. |

Pick-up &
Drop-off
There is no charge for these services rendered within
5km radius of the renting station in the city during
office hour. A fee may be imposed on services provided
outside this area. |
| 6. |
Terms for
Payment
ARAC accepts all major credit cards such as American
Express, Diner's Club, Visa Card and Master Card.
By directing charges in anyway incurred under the
Rental Agreement, the renter shall be jointly and
severally responsible for the payment of all charges.
Imprinting of your Credit Card on the rental Agreement
shall be sufficient in directing credit charges.

Extension
of Rental
Should the required rental period be extended beyond
the agreed terminating date, it is essential that
the renting station be informed immediately. Failure
to comply may mean the renter is driving the vehicle
without insurance. |

Parking &
Traffic Violations
Renter will be responsible for and pay all parking
or traffic violation fines arising out of the use,
possession or operation of the vehicles including
administrative and related expenses which may be
advanced by ARAC. |

Parking And
Traffic Fines
All parking fees or traffic fines incurred during
the rental period will be the responsibility of
the renter. |
| 10. |
Insurance
& Vehicle Damage
Subject to all terms specified in the Rental Agreement,
cover is provided against unlimited libiality to
the death or bodily injury to third party or property
damage up to RM 3,000,000. Renter is responsible
for damages to ARAC vehicle and/or third party including
fire and theft provided such damages and/or Excess
Liability shall not exceed the sum outlined below.
The renter may at the begining of the rental, accept
the Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) which is not insurance
and pay such following applicable fees in the schedules
to reduce the basic Excess Liability:

Renter is obliged to promptly and properly report
any accident, theft or vandalism involving the vehicle
to ARAC and/or the nearest Police Station. A valid
Police Report will be required to allow ARAC's investigation
of such incident and defence of any resulting claim.
FAILURE TO COOPERATE FULLY MAY VOID ALL LIABILITY
PROTECTION, L.D.W. AND PAI (wherever applicable).

Personal Accident
Insurance
ARAC renter and passenger may arrange Personal Accident
Insurance (PAI) waiver which provides cover up to
RM 100,000 at RM 6 per day except Car Group I at
RM 10 per day. |

One Way Delivery
or Collection
A renter may drop off a rented car at another city
where varying collection fees which are outlined
below will be levied.

Sales Tax (GST)
A 5% GST shall be levied on rental and other pertinent
service charges except the fees for L.D.W., P.A.I.
, S.L.P. and petrol refill. |
