Rent - A - Car Sdn Bhd, (ARAC) a subsidiary of Scomi
Transportation Solutions Sdn Bhd (SCOTS), is a member
of Scomi Group Berhad (SGB), a public -listed company
on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Security Berhad
(BMSB).
Incorporated on January 18, 1984, Asian Rent - A
- Car Sdn Bhd ,commenced its operations with only
a fleet of 20 self-drive vehicles. Today, ARAC boosts
a fleet of almost 200 units offering a wide range
of vehicles from saloons to passenger vans and 4-wheel
drive vehicles.

With its innovative international car rental system
and stringent quality control, the company has won
business support from numerous loyal corporate customers
since its inception. Its friendliness goes a long
way to please its customers, servicing even the
very special requests for car delivery or collection
at the convenience of its customers.
ARAC plans to expand its franchise operations in
Malaysia for a bigger market share in the car rental
industry as to serve a larger and varied clientele
from large multi-national companies operated in
Malaysia as well as international tourists who keep
returning for its services.
ARAC aims to provide complete transportation solutions
for its customers and to provide friendly, prompt
and professional services at competitive prices.
